Aside from offering the highest standard of service, quality products and affordable prices, we also pride ourselves on our willingness to customise our designs and products to suit the exact needs of the consumer, as an element of our industry that so commonly lacks. As more options from overseas become available, know that you don’t have to settle for something that doesn’t meet your requirements – call Blade Engineering for a 100% custom-made solution.
Blade Engineering can design and manufacture a range of vacuum trucks that are customised to suit varying industry needs and capacities, with tank sizes ranging from 2000 to 16000 litres. Some industries that typically require the capabilities of a vacuum truck to transport materials include; sewer treatment, cement plants, oil refineries and petroleum. Our vacuum trucks can be engineered using carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminium, depending on your preference, the application and our recommendation, and we have a range of accessories to facilitate more efficient use, such as fixed step ladders and equipment storage boxes. All vacuum truck units are constructed to the highest industry standard, using the most modern engineering processes and tools, including 3D modelling and Finite Element Analysis (FEA). All of Blade Engineering’s products are manufactured right here in Adelaide, and we endeavour to utilise Australian materials where possible.
If you are researching vacuum trucks for your business because you don’t know which engineer is the best fit for you, we could almost guarantee that Blade Engineering is the team you need. Once you have outlined your specific product requirements, we will make suggestions and material recommendations based on our years of experience with industrial transportation equipment, before you make your final decision regarding the application you require. Our 3D virtual modelling capabilities allow you to visualise the final design prior to manufacturing, so you can ask any questions before work begins. Once manufacturing is complete, we will comprehensively train you and your staff so you can optimise your use of our machinery for ultimate productivity and results. If at any time you experience a minor warranty related issue, we will engage a suitable engineering company to conduct repairs. Alternatively, for any major issues we will fly to your site and complete repairs ourselves.
