Are any of the Blade products imported?

No. All products sold by Blade are manufactured in Adelaide. Where possible any material or components used are made in Australia.

Will the equipment be certified?

The equipment will be certified in accordance with the requirements of appropriate Australian Standards, Australian Design Rules or specific regulations relating to the product. If no specific regulations exist, we can assure you that design & manufacture will be in accordance with high engineering standards and all safety considerations. Blade will certify this on completion.

Can I nominate specific materials or components to be used in the build?

Absolutely. We will accommodate these in the design. If we don’t think they are appropriate, we will let you know.

How does Blade handle warranty with regional or interstate clients?

In the case of relatively minor issues we look to minimise any downtime for the client by engaging a suitable engineering company (preferably recommended by the client) in close proximity, to conduct the repairs. Blade would provide direction to the repairer and pay direct. In the case of any major issues, we would fly to the site.
